Why choose 639Cloud over AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud?

639Cloud delivers enterprise-grade infrastructure at lower cost with no hidden fees or surprise bills. You get transparent pricing, renewable-powered infrastructure, and direct access to real 639Cloud engineers instead of a ticket queue.

How fast can I get started?

Virtual Machines launch in seconds, Bare Metal can be provisioned quickly. You can test, launch, and scale faster than most traditional providers.

What makes 639Cloud different from other cloud providers?

We combine the flexibility of Virtual Machines, the performance of dedicated hardware, and the control of a managed private cloud. Every option is backed by renewable energy and straightforward support, without vendor lock-in.

Do you support businesses of all sizes?

We primarily support small to mid-sized SaaS teams with engineering-led infrastructure needs and other tech-savvy teams.

Most customers use 639Cloud for production APIs, internal services, and CI/CD workloads where dedicated performance and predictable pricing matter. We are not currently optimized for heavily regulated environments or formal enterprise procurement processes.

If you have compliance-driven workloads, please contact our sales team.

How do I know which product is right for me?

If you need speed and flexibility, go with VMs. If you need raw power and control, Bare Metal is the best choice. If you are not sure, talk with our team for guidance.

Product Questions

From hardware details to cloud configuration, these answers explain what powers our products and how they’re built to run faster, cleaner, and smarter.

Virtual Machine

What are 639Cloud Virtual Machines best used for?

VMs are ideal for web apps, APIs, development environments, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. They are designed for teams that want to move quickly and scale without committing to hardware.

How fast can I launch a VM?

In seconds. Pick your operating system or image, select a configuration, and deploy instantly.

What is included in VM pricing?

You pay for the resources you use. Bandwidth is included with most plans, and pricing is transparent so there are no hidden fees.

Can I scale my VM resources easily?

Yes. You can scale vertically by adjusting CPU, memory, or storage, or horizontally by adding or removing instances.

Bare Metal Servers

Why choose Bare Metal instead of Virtual Machines?

Bare Metal provides consistent performance without virtualization overhead. It is best for workloads like high-traffic applications, databases, or AI and data-intensive processing.

How quickly can Bare Metal be provisioned?

Many customers are able to deploy same-day.

Do I get full access to the hardware?

Yes. You have complete control, with root access, enterprise-grade processors, and storage options.

Who should use Bare Metal?

Teams running databases, game servers, compliance-sensitive applications, or workloads that need maximum throughput.

Pricing Questions

For questions regarding pricing, please see below.
How are Dedicated Virtual Machine usage billed?

639Cloud Virtual Machines are billed based on hourly usage. The total billable hours in a month depend on the number of days in that month:

  • A 28-day month has 672 hours
  • A 30-day month has 720 hours
  • A 31-day month has 744 hours

You will only be charged for the hours your VM is actively running.

What is the base rate per vCPU?

Our base rate is $0.02604166666 per vCPU per hour. Each package multiplies this rate by the number of vCPUs included. So, a 2 vCPU package is $0.052/hr, a 4 vCPU is $0.104/hr, and an 8 vCPU is $0.208/hr.

Will my bill change depending on how many days are in the month?

Yes, your bill may vary slightly depending on the number of days in the billing month, since you are billed hourly. A 28-day month has 672 hours, a 30-day month has 720 hours, and a 31-day month has 744 hours.

For example, a 1 vCPU Micro package running the entire month would cost $17.50 in a 28-day month, $18.75 in a 30-day month, and $19.37 in a 31-day month. You will only ever be charged for the hours your VM is actively running.

How is pricing different at 639Cloud?

Pricing is clear and predictable, with no surprise charges. Many plans include bandwidth, and we keep costs simple so you can budget with confidence.
